Each month The Church Council meets to discuss the monthly business at Fellowship. The council runs the physical and financial aspects of the church. This body is made up of congregational members that have volunteered their time to help lead Fellowship. Below are copies of the minutes of the monthly meetings in PDF format.
Pastor Fox is a large center point of Fellowship, not only on Sunday mornings, but on the operation of the church. This may be a lot for one man to handle, but he does it well. Pastor Fox keeps the Church Council updated on his own pastoral activities, but also of the ministry activities of the church and the rest of the local synod.
