What is Alpha?
The Alpha Course is a ten-week opportunity to explore the validity and relevance of the Christian faith to your life today. It is a practical introduction to the basics of Christianity centered around a meal, a talk, and small group discussion.

Big Questions.
Is there a God? Why am I here? Who is Jesus? What about other religions? Alpha tackles these and other questions each week. Chances are somebody else in your group is wondering the same thing you are.

Food and Fun.
Alpha isn't all work. In fact, most of the time it is simply just fun. Sharing a casual meal and hanging out after a long day can be a time to relax and be yourself—no expectations or strings attached.

Building Friendships.
Some of the closest and most long-lasting friendships have been built on the Alpha Course. Alpha relationships get beyond the standard “What is your name? and What do you do?” so you can connect on a more personal level. On the retreat, which is a key part of the Alpha course, you get to know each other even better.

Is There a Cost?
There is no charge for the Alpha Course, though you may be asked to make a donation toward the cost of meals and the retreat.

What Now?
The introductory dinner isn't a commitment. It is simply a chance for you to decide if Alpha might be right for you. Bring a friend along, if you’d like. If you like what you hear and would like to return for the rest of the course, we’d love to have you!
